Itinerary changes and responsibility

Luggage and valuables
- No separate luggage storage is provided. Normally only one small bag per person is allowed, and suitcases or large travel bags cannot be loaded.
- On private tours, suitcases may be accommodated depending on group size and available vehicle space. Tell us the number and sizes at booking.
- Please take particular care of valuables; we are not responsible for their loss.
Safety, clothing and health
- Guests who adversely affect other travelers, for example through excessive drinking, verbal abuse or violence, may be asked to leave for safety reasons.
- Natural attractions may present accident risks. Follow your guide’s safety instructions and refrain from independent activity.
- Desert temperatures vary greatly between day and night. Dress for the season; bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses and a water bottle in summer.
- Bring a light outer layer or windbreaker in winter and transitional seasons. Comfortable sneakers or walking shoes are recommended for outdoor visits and walking.
Antelope Canyon admission
- If Lower Antelope Canyon is unavailable, another section, such as Canyon X, may be substituted depending on local circumstances.
- Admission may increase during holidays and peak periods, with additional charges.
Accommodation
- Stay at a comfortable, safe hotel during the overnight itinerary.
- Rooms are based on 2 guests sharing. A supplement applies for a private single room.

How far ahead should I book?
At least 3–5 days ahead is recommended, or at least 2 weeks ahead during peak periods, as popular tours may sell out.
Are admission fees and guide gratuities included?
Both are excluded and payable in cash on site. Please see the detailed cost list above.
Is there a minimum group size?
This private tour is exclusively for your group with no minimum departure size. The price is the same for 1–4 guests; additional charges apply from the 5th guest. See the pricing card above.
How is the tour operated?
Travel by vehicle with a professional guide and visit the main sightseeing stops.
Where is pickup available?
Only at hotels on the Las Vegas Strip. Your guide sends pickup time and tour details through a group chat the day before departure.
Can I use my national park annual pass?
Individual national park annual passes cannot be used on this tour, and admission is charged separately. US citizens and permanent residents are excepted from this notice.
Can I bring a suitcase?
Normally, limited vehicle space allows one small bag per person only. Private tours may accommodate suitcases depending on guest numbers and available space. Provide their number and sizes when booking.
Is luggage storage available?
No separate storage service is provided. Check with your hotel in advance, especially for late hours. Some hotels may store luggage for non-overnight guests for a small gratuity. We are not responsible for valuables lost.
What should I wear?
Summers are very hot and sunny, while vehicles are air-conditioned. Bring a light layer if needed, plus sunscreen and sunglasses. A hat and neck pillow are useful. In winter, dress in layers with an outer layer or windbreaker; a heavy coat is needed in midwinter. Follow the weather guidance sent before your tour.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full or partial refunds depend on the cancellation date. Consult the cancellation and refund policy of your booking platform for details.
What if the tour is canceled?
A full refund will be provided if the tour is canceled due to severe weather or local circumstances.
2026 national park nonresident fee notice
From January 1, 2026, an additional nonresident admission fee applies at certain major US national parks.
- Applies to foreign visitors aged 16 and over who are not US citizens or permanent residents, including independent, group and commercial tour visitors.
- Additional nonresident admission: USD 100 per person, separate from standard park admission.
- Nonresident annual pass: USD 250 per pass; the additional nonresident admission fee is waived when using this pass.
- For Sesang Tour guests: USD 80 per person, based on tour operation using an annual pass.
- Do not purchase an annual pass individually in advance. Please follow your guide’s instructions on the tour day.
